His birth his life
He came to share
Yet some would say
He wasn't there
How can we know
The anguish of
A forsaken Lord
Hanging on that cross
Can we ignore
The price he paid
As his life
On Calvary laid
It wasn't over
The best to come
The risen Lord
Forever won!

A Poem for couples - by Barbara Anderson
Enjoy the good times
Stand together through the bad times
Gives hugs and kisses freely
At all times
Set God as your true North
And the Holy Spirit as your compass
That way you’ll never get lost
Or wonder what dreams have passed
May your love be the wind
That lifts your sails and sets you free
Free from the past
Living together in joy at last
May love be the fire
That stirs your hearts desire
And may God grant you peace
So that your connection will never cease
