Gem and butternut delight

Steam gem and butternut
Hollow out gem
Add teaspoon of margerine
Drisle sugar
Dice butternut and fill hollow cavity
Add spoonful of tomatoe and onion(tinned)
Drisle more sugar
Heat and enjoy
