Pot Bread / Pot Brood

2 Tsp instant yeast
2 Tsp of sugar
6 cups of cake flour
2 Tsp salt
1/2 cup luke warm water
250 ml warm milk
10 ml Honey
12.5 ml Oil

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix milk, honey and oil. Add to dry
ingredients.
Add warm water. Place in pot and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.
